4 servings
  • 250 gpork mince
  • 250 gbeef mince
  • Pancetta or bacon
  • Cheese (cheddar works great)
  • 1egg
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Spoonfulbreadcrumbs
  • Salad of your choice
  • Rolls
  • Sauce of your choice
  • Little oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix mince together. Add egg and breadcrumbs. Get your hands stuck in. Divide into 4. Shape into burgers.

    Start cooking burgers and bacon. Make sure they're cooked.

    Meanwhile lightly toast your rolls, turn over, then add cheese and toast under the grill again. Add salad and sauce
