Ingredients

  • 3 cupsrice
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1 tbsyeast
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Halfcup of sugar
  • pinchsalt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your rice and soak it in water for 3hrs

    Mix your raw and Cooked rice together and blend it till smooth

    Put your yeast turn it thoroughly and cover it so that the yeast can raise for atleast 4hrs

    Then lastly fry it in a pan wit oli bt do not turn it
