Steps

Take sprout moong in a grinder and coarsely grind it.Transfer in a bowl.

Add bikaneri mint bhujiya,onion,green chilli and all spices.Mix well.Stuffing is ready.

For dough,take water in a bowl.Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough.Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Take a medium size ball from the dough and roll it in 4 inch circle.Put sufficient amount of stuffing in the centre and seal it tightly.Again roll with the help of rolling pin in the shape of parantha.

Heat tawa and gently place parantha on it.Flip and cook on low flame from another side.Drizzle some oil and cook till golden and crisp.

Transfer in serving plate.Cut into 4 pieces and serve hot with spicy tangy sauce.
