Ingredients

  • 4boiled maize
  • 1 bunchIndian spinach(palak)
  • 2onions chopped
  • 1 tsptomato paste
  • 4tomatoes pureed
  • 1 tspclove/ cinnamon powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 3/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspdhana jeera
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the boiled corn in pieces

  2. 2

    Take a pot add oil, onions. Cook till pink in colour

  3. 3

    Add the ginger paste,then the spinach. Mix well. Cook for a minute

  4. 4

    Add the tomato puree. Add all the other ings except corn.

  5. 5

    Let it boil. Now add the corn. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve with bread or ugali
