Ingredients

10 to 15 person
  • 1 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/4kgs onion and garlic
  • 1 cupvinegar
  • 4kgs squid
  • 3 tbspcooking oil
  • 3 tspground pepper
  • 3 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspchill powder
  • 1/8kgs bellpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate squid using soy sauce and vinegar

  2. 2

    Sauté onion garlic and bellpepper

  3. 3

    Put the marinated squid

  4. 4

    Add the ground pepper brown sugar and chilli powder

  5. 5

    Let it simmer until the marinated sauce thicken

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy 🍻
