For braised Beef : mix all ingredients together and let the meat marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight

In a hot hot skillet place beef and stir fry until done to your liking, pour in lime juice and let it rest for a few minutes

For Mung beans :in a hot pan add oil, garlic chilli powder, turmeric, salt and sugar and stir fry for a minute or two, now add spinach and cook for 5 minutes, stir in boiled mung beans and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes, turn heat off, let it rest and serve as a base with beef
