  1. 1/2 kgcarrot grated
  2. 1/2 kg milk full cream
  3. As neededsugar
  4. As neededdry fruits
  5. 1 tspdesi ghee

    Heat for 5min add milk cook it 10 min on low flame.

  2. 2

    Add ghee and sugar Cook it.

  3. 3

    Take a wok add grated carrot.

  4. 4

    Add dry fruits cook it 5min.

  5. 5

    Garnish with dry fruits.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.
