Steps

Clean your stripe well and boil them in a pressure cooker for 30min

In a different pan transfer the stripe and dry them, add the ginger and garlic paste n stir, add in you onions and allow them to cook for some mins,

Add in tomatoes and capsicums, add salt to taste and allow it to cook for few mins to make a paste.

Pour your dhania on top and put off the fire and allow it to simmer for few mins....
