Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1salted egg, chopped
  2. 1large tomato, coarsely chopped
  3. 1small red onion, coarsely chopped
  4. to tastePepper

    Combine all ingredients, including juices of tomato. Mix well and season with pepper. Add salt if desired.

    Serve as a side salad, top on toast or on crackers for a healthy snack.
