  • 7 ozbag butter lettuce and radicchio
  • 1 croasted corn kernels, cooled
  • 4 ozsteamed beets, cooled and chopped
  • 1/4 cchopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cchopped raw pecans
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/8 tsppepper
  • 1/8 tspgarlic powder
  • sweet and tangy dressing:
  • 2 Tolive oil
  • 2 Tbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 Trice vinegar
  • 1 Tdijon mustard
  • 1 tsphoney
