Cut the paneer from middle in only one side and stuff some mint chutney in it,now take a bowl add singhara flour, black salt, red chilli, haldi,add some water to make a thick slury,now dip the stuffed paneer pieces into the slury mixture.deep fry the paneer pieces and when the colour of paneer turn into golden brown, serve it hot with mint chutney and salad
