1 tbssugar
1 tbsghee
2elaichi
6-8almonds
8-10cashew nut

Take potato wash it than boil it.

Peel the skin. Mash them ir grate them properly.

Now take a nonstick kadahi add ghee, add mashed potato, stir continue till cook.

Now add sugar.... Again stir.

Now add chopped dryfruits, cook for a while.
6

Potato halwa is ready to eat.
