Ingredients

  1. 300 gmschopped spinach
  2. 300 gmschopped methi
  3. 300 gmschopped mint
  4. 2finely chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tspchilli paste
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 2 tbschopped red and yellow bell paper
  8. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  10. 1/2 tspajwain
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  12. 3/4 cupbesan
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all all ingredients well, it will take 5 minutes to acclimatise, add water it needed.

  2. 2

    Heat non stick tawa, sprinkle some oil and spread the batter on it. Roast both sides till crisp in low flame.

    Serve with curd chutney or homemade white butter.
