Ingredients

300 gmschopped spinach
300 gmschopped methi
300 gmschopped mint
2finely chopped tomatoes
1 tspchilli paste
1chopped onion
2 tbschopped red and yellow bell paper
1/2 tspjeera powder
1/2 tsphaldi powder
1/2 tspajwain
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
3/4 cupbesan
to tasteSalt

Steps

In a bowl mix all all ingredients well, it will take 5 minutes to acclimatise, add water it needed.

Heat non stick tawa, sprinkle some oil and spread the batter on it. Roast both sides till crisp in low flame.

Serve with curd chutney or homemade white butter.
