Decided to try/cooksnap this vegetable pancakes. I love pancakes a lot! So when I saw this fine recipe from Juan Pablo I didn't waste any time to give it a try and it came out nice and yummy! Thanks to Juan Pablo for the inspiration! 😂😂😂

Mix dry ur sugar, salt and baking powder. Beat ur eggs and mix together with the milk. Pour content into the flour and mix together. Add ur diced veggies and mix together. Add one seasoning cube (i used knorr)

Set a pan on fire, grease with little oil, and pour ur content. Cook on low heat, then turn the other side to cook, and ur pancakes are ready!

U can enjoy with tea or any soft drink of ur choice!
