Mix all ingredients exept tempering,mix well and lastly add eno place in dhokla maker,steam for 10 minutes,untill check with toothpick,if it's come out clean it mean it's ready

Now prepare tempering,heat oil add mustard seeds,chilli sugar and curry leaves and ennough water,ix well till sugar dissolved,and pour on dhokla
