Ingredients

  • 4Hake fillet fish
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupflour
  • 3 tbsMr Spice fish spice
  • 1/3 cupcanola oil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour your canola oil and heat it until it's almost smelling.

  2. 2

    Beat your eggs

  3. 3

    Mix the flour with Mr Spice fish spice

  4. 4

    Once the oil is heated, roll your fish on flour and dip it to an egg. Fry each side for about 5 minutes. Then your fish is cooked and can be served.
