Take all veg and 2-3 cup water and close the lid and cook it 3-4 whistles and opened it and all veggis mashed it

Take a pan add oil and heat it put into ginger and garlic paste and add chopped onion and tomato puree and all masalas in it

And mashed veg in it and cook it for 10-15 min

Now bhaji is ready and garnish with corriender leaves

Cut the pav and added butter on pav and heat twa on medium flame and till golden brown shades

Then it is ready to serve with hot and spicy bhaji
