Boil the milk for 5 mins add some some amount of grined rice cook until it get thick and the rice gets soft and then add the sugar, kesar and elaichi powder (save some kesar)

Grined the pistachio and kaju not like a paste but little lumps take some some amount of the paste and add in the milk make sure that it doesn't get lumps

Cook the firni for 2 mins and off the gas add the kewda water cut the dry fruits and kesar into pieces and garnish it....and then Serve
