Soak daal overnight. In morning wash it well then blend it smoothly.

Add salt mix it long time.

Heat oil in a deep pan pour the paste of daal with the spoon and fry it until it get golden brown.

Now dip the bhalle in normal water.let them bhalle in water for 30 mint.

Before serving sqeeze out the water from bhalle with soft hands.

Now take a serving plate and add all ingredients in it.

Ready to serve.
