Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except onion, and whole garam masala.Keep for 1 hour.

Now in a karahi, use white oil,and put the whole garam masala including javitri. When it splutters, add the chopped onions. Fry till brown.

Now add the marinated chicken, and stir for sometime. Cover and cook in low flame, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Next if the chicken is done. Now add zaffran (saffron), and fresh cream. Cook for sometime. Add seasoning.

When oil separates, add kevra and rose water.Gravy should be thick.

Serve in a bowl, garnished with barista and chopped chillies. Serve with your choice of accompaniments.
