2-3 servings

50 gmsmakhana
3 tbspsugar(I used brown sugar)
Few drops of clarified butter or desi ghee

Steps

First we will make caramel from sugar

Put sugar in non stick pan on high flame.when sugar will melt fully add few drops of clarified butter

Now switch off flame and add makhana and continuously stir until caramel coats on makhana.

Delicious and healthy caramel makhana is ready.
