Boil your chicken till tender with black pepper,grated ginger and garlic. Drain off excess broth if any.add your onions as you turn your chicken to make the pieces abit brown as it cooks slowly. Add a spoon of honey to your meat remove it from the fire.

Steam your cabbage with onions and tomatoes and let it cook for a while.

Cook your ugali.
