  • 1quarter tuber yam
  • 1large red bell pepper
  • 4attarugu
  • 1Onion
  • 2 tablespoonsground crayfish
  • Spices
  • 4seasoning cubes
  • to tasteSalt
  • leavesScent
  • Vegetable(efo/aleho)
  • Left over barbecue Chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and cut yam in small cubes. Add 3 cups water and salt.

  2. 2

    Pound the peppers and onion and add to yam.

  3. 3

    Add in spices, crayfish, and seasoning cubes. Mix. Put on fire and allow cook.

  4. 4

    Cut scent leaves, set aside. Cut efo, set aside.

  5. 5

    As yam softens and water greatly reduced, add in the vegetables(scent leaves and efo).

  6. 6

    Dish out and add the barbecue Chicken.
