Boil water, vinegar, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes & 10 drops of red food dye (optional) until liquid is rolling & salt is dissolved.

Prick holes in hotdogs with a fork by poking hotdogs twice, put hotdogs in jar.

Pour water in jar & immedatly put lid on & tighten. Let pickle for at least two days. Wait at least a week for super spicy flavor.
