Pluck the leaves from stem. Rinse well and drain excess water.
Cook the leaves in a pan until softens.
Add boiled mashed potato,green chilli,salt and mix it well. - 2
Put wheat flour in large mixing bowl and add water,salt,ajwain and knead the flour into soft dough Make small -medium balls and roll them into 3-4 inches circle.Place the bathua mixture in center and close from all sides by applying even pressure
Now seal the dough and roll like chapati shallow fry both sides until crisp and golden.
