  6. For marination:
  7. 1 tbspHung curd-
  8. 1 tbspOlive oil-
  9. 1/2 tbspLemon juice
  10. to tasteSendha namak
  11. 1/4 tspBlack pepper-
  12. 1/4tsp+1/4tspChaat masala-
  13. 1 tbspHoney
  14. as neededPomegranate for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    For preparing marination take hung curd in a small bowl and add olive oil&lemon juice to it.

    Add sendha namak,black pepper and chaat masala to it.

  3. 3

    Now take a bowl and add all fruits to it.

  4. 4

    Add marination to it.Drizzle honey on it and mix well.

  5. 5

    Keep aside for 15 minutes.Set all fruits in skewers.

  6. 6

    Heat non stick tawa.Gently place skewers on hot tawa and cook on low flame for 3-4minutes.Flip and again cook from another side on low flame for 3 minutes.

    Transfer in serving plate.Garnish with pomegranate and sprinkle some chaat masala on it.Serve warm!!

    My secret tip:Soal skewers in water for 2 hours.It prevents them from catching on heat.
