Ingredients

  • 300 gflour
  • 2eggs
  • Grated rind of one lemon
  • 250 mlmilk
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything except oil for frying, whisk to blend completely and ensure it is smooth.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan, brush lightly with oil

  3. 3

    Pour the batter thinly in the pan and spread evenly

  4. 4

    Once slightly browned, turn to the other side and brown lightly.

  5. 5

    Repeat until all the batter is used.

  6. 6

    Serve hot
