Firstly cut the tops of the capsicum and desired them

Saute cumin seeds in oil.fry onions until golden.add chilli powder garam masala,saute for 1 min add boiled potato,salt and mix everything add coriander leaves and mix

Stuff the capsicums with this potato masala and fry in 1 tsp oil.cover the kadai and cook them until done on a low flame

Your stuffed capsicum are ready to eat..
