Ingredients

  • 1/4 cstrawberries diced
  • 1/4 tsppowdered sugar
  • 1 TBShoney/ strawberry syrup
  • 1 cstrawberry yogurt
  • Digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 1/4 cdates, de-seeded

Steps

  1. 1

    In a glass or dessert bowl, pour syrup around the walls inside

  2. 2

    Put a few strawberries, add sugar and let sit for a minute or two

  3. 3

    Add a little yogurt, then a layer of dates, more yogurt then biscuits and yogurt to top off. Garnish with a whole strawberry. Enjoy
