First cut out the bread slices into round shape.

In a bowl add boiled potato,salt,sugar,black pepper powder, chooped onion,turmeric powder and mash it.

In a pan add the mashed mixture and cook it.

Add mayonnaise to it.

Take the round bread pieces and spread butter on it.

Add the mixture over the bread pieces and cover it with another bread.

Make the other sandwiches just like this one.

Add butter in a tawa and toast it.

Put it out of flame.Cut it from the middle.

Add sauce and bhujia on the sides and garnish it with coriander leaves and chopped tomato.

The bread sandwich is ready.
