Ingredients

  1. 6 ozbutter
  2. 6 ozsugar
  3. 6 ozplain flour
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 3Eggs
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. A fewraspberries
  8. Mini bundt pan

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure the ings.

  2. 2

    In a bowl beat sugar & butter. Beat till light & fluffy

  3. 3

    Add one egg at a time, beat well

  4. 4

    Add flour in batches. Add milk. Mix well

  5. 5

    In a bundt pan arrange the raspberries. Now pour the batter

  6. 6

    Bake in a preheated oven @160°c for 20-25 mins

  7. 7

    Once done. Let it cool & turn it out.

  8. 8

    Serve with a sauce or ice cream
