Ingredients

  1. 2 cupChopped palak / spinach
  2. 2Green chilli
  3. hand fullCoriander leaves
  4. 1Onion
  5. 100 gramPaneer
  6. 1 tbspGrated ginger
  7. 1/4 cupBesan / gram flour (kadalaimaavu)
  8. 2 tbspBread crumbs
  9. ½ tspnGaram masala powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as neededOil fry frying
  12. For arranging bun sandwich
  13. 2Butter fried Long bun
  14. as neededTomato ketchup
  15. 1Carrot cut in to round shape
  16. as neededLettuce leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add, add washed and mashed paneer,chopped palak,ginger, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, besan, bread crumbs and garam masalas and salt, mix it well.
    Prepare equal shaped mini balls (gooseberry size).

  2. 2

    Heat oil the oil in the pan deep fry all the mini balls golden brown.
    Apply tomato ketchup in a bun and place the lettuce on it side by side arrange the carrot and place three or four fried mini palak balls on it. Repeat the same for the rest of sandwiches.
    Healthy and power packed
