Smash the boil potato. Add salt,black pepper powder red chilli powder 1 teaspoon butter and roasted cumin powder and mix it well. Spread it on a bread slice.

Then put cucumber slices onion slices,capsicum slices, tomato slices, boiled egg slices on the bread

Spread mayonnaise on another bread slice then put it above the bread. Spread mozzarella cheese on top of the sandwich and grill it for 3 minute in microwave.

Put oil on a frying pan then put the egg slowly on the pan in medium heat and make a sunny side up. Put the sunny side up above the sandwich and sprinkle a pinch of salt black pepper powder and red chilli powder.

Serve the yummy sunny side up sandwich
