Dry okro soup and semovita

Dry okro is made from fresh okro that was sun-dried, then grinded into prowdery form.
It is prepared the same way you make your Ogbonno soup, the only difference is that you don't put bitter leaf or pumpkin leaves.
It's really tasty.

Steps
- 1
Cut, wash and boil the chicken with seasoning cubes and salt until well cooked and tender. Boil the stock fish also. Set aside
- 2
Put the dry okro powder in a bowl, add some palm oil, mix together and heat to dissolve the powder and add to the pot of chicken, add the blended pepper, add extra seasoning cubes and salt if necessary. Allow to boil, do not cover the pot, else it won't draw very well. Add the crayfish, give it one last stir.
- 3
Your soup is ready. You can eat with any swallow of your choice. Enjoy!
