  • 1 tbspcashew and raisins
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • As neededghee

    Dry roast the semolina

    Heat ghee and add semolina and roast

  3. 3

    Now add milk and sugar and cook

  4. 4

    Add cashew and raisins and salt

  5. 5

    Serve it with Puri
