Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbroken wheat
  2. 1 cupsemolina
  3. 1 tbspcurd
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 tspurad dal/ lentil
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tbspginger chilli paste
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take broken wheat and semolina.

    Soak the broken wheat and semolina for half an hour

    Add curd and make the batter of the above mixture.

    Now temper in a pan, take oil, mustard, cumin, lentil, ginger garlic paste, baking soda and the tempering into the batter and give it a good mix.

    In a Appe pan, put the batter and cover..

    Cook on both sides and enjoy with pudina chutney or sauce
