Keep a kdhai in low flame

Add ghee

Take sugar, warer and cardamom in other pan on medium flame.

Let the sugar solution come to boil.

Once the ghee become hot add semolina.

Keep on stirring the sooji stir till rosted sooji.

Now add water of sugar and cardamom add into sooji mix immediatly for 3-4 minutes

Now halwa become thik and colour will b change

Sprinkle some kishmish on halwa

Eat delicious sooji halwa.
