In the mixing bowl add maida, semolina, salt, turmeric powder, ghee mix well add required water to make dough. Cover the dough.In another mixing bowl add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, kopra,dry fruits mix well.filling is ready.

Knead the dough and make lemon size balls and roll flatten, fill sugar and dry fruits mixture, apply water or milk edges of the flatten dough, close and seal the edges properly. Deep fry in medium flame till it becomes crisp. Gujiya /Karikadabu is ready to Serve.
