Soak almond, cashews and popy seed for 2 hr. Thn make a paste of it. Prepare paste of onion. Cut the paneer in cubes. And soak sefron in little milk.

Now heat oil in and wok. And saute all the whole spices in it. Now add onion paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add gibger garlic paste and cook untill raw small goes out. Now add slited green chill and cook for minute. Add almond paste and cook for 3-4 Minutes.

Noe add whisked curd to it. And cook well. Add malai to it and cook for a minute now add milk to it on a very low flame and steir it until it boil now salt along with black and white pepper.

Now add paneer with sefron water and cook for 2 minute. Switch off the flame

Add kevra water and roasted kasuri methi and serve it with naan/rice/paratha.
