Egg mixture: cut the boiled eggs into small pieces

Chop onions, tomatoes, green pepper

Mix the chopped veggies, eggs, mayo add a pinch of seasoning cube and set aside

For the sardine mixture: put the sardine into a bowl, add pinch of seasoning cube, add butter, a half tsp of yaji and mix very well until smooth then set aside

Place the egg mixture on the first layer and sardine mixture to the second layer

Then cut the bread

Serve with either tea ☕️ or soft drink 🍷
