Ingredients

  • 3Fishes
  • 3seasoning cubes
  • 1classic onga
  • Pinchsalt
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 1small fresh ginger (grated)
  • 5garlic (grated)
  • 3attarugu (blended)
  • 3tattasai (blended)
  • 1large onion (half blended, half blended)
  • 1 tspcurry
  • 1lemon (squeeze the whole juice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marine the fish with the whole ingredients for 3-5hours

  2. 2

    Place them on oven plate, sprinkle chopped onions then cover with foil paper and into the oven for 15-20mins at minimum heat

  3. 3

    Remove and serve hot with either plain rice, jollof rice, boiled/fried potatoes.
