Ingredients

  1. 3Fishes
  2. 3seasoning cubes
  3. 1classic onga
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 4 tbspoil
  6. 1small fresh ginger (grated)
  7. 5garlic (grated)
  8. 3attarugu (blended)
  9. 3tattasai (blended)
  10. 1large onion (half blended, half blended)
  11. 1 tspcurry
  12. 1lemon (squeeze the whole juice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marine the fish with the whole ingredients for 3-5hours

  2. 2

    Place them on oven plate, sprinkle chopped onions then cover with foil paper and into the oven for 15-20mins at minimum heat

  3. 3

    Remove and serve hot with either plain rice, jollof rice, boiled/fried potatoes.
