Cook your meat, add stock fish season them till tender. Bring down from fire.

Put a pot on fire and add red oil heat for a while and add your onions. Fry for a minute and add your water leaves then fry for 3 minutes.

Add your meat, pepper, crayfish to it and season it to your taste and cook for 4 minutes, then add bitter leaves to it and cook for 5 minutes.

Soup is ready, serve with eba, semi or wheat.

NB: it shouldn't be watery, if too thick add little stock or add water depending on the taste u have achieved.
