Ingredients

  1. 1medium butternut squash, clean peel and cut in small cubes
  2. 1 bagkale slaw mix
  3. Halfcup red or mix quinoa. Cooked
  4. 2 tbsSalt pepper
  5. 2 tbsChinese five spice
  6. 2 tbsCurry powder
  7. 2lime
  8. 2 tbscayenne powder
  9. 1 lbschicken breast, steam and shredded

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all seasonings and devide by 2.

  2. 2

    Season the butternut squash them bake it for 400f about 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Season the chicken breast before steamed.

  4. 4

    Mix all of the ingredient together. Then add line juice.
