Heat a pan and dry roast sabudana stirring continously until they turn slightly brownish, it will take 15-20 minutes

Dry roast coconut powder for 2-3 minutes

Grind sabudana in a mexi jar and make powder from it

Heat a pan put 1 tbs ghee add sabudana roast for a while, now add coconut powder, almond powder and rest of the ghee mix it well roast for couple of minutes

Add cardamom powder and sugar mix properly

Cool this mixture shape lemon sized balls out of the ladoo mixture between your palm.

Sabudana ladoos are ready garnish it with almonds,store in a jar
