Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 ltrOil
  • 50 gFlour
  • 16onions (sliced rings)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchWhite pepper
  • Nb/you can season to your liking

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the onions

  2. 2

    Cut into 2mm slices and separate the rings

  3. 3

    Pass through the milk and flour,shake off the surplus flour and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.serve hot.
