Steps

Take olive oil in a pan
Sauté chopped onions - 2
Then add bell peppers and grated carrots
Sauté - 3
Add red chilli,coriander powder and salt
Add mashed boiled potatoes and Coriander leaves
Mix everything well
Let it cool - 4
Take bread slices
Apply the mix as toppings
Put some sesame seeds and press gently - 5
Heat up a non stick pan/tawa
Put bhi little oil
Place the bread slices
Topping side facing down
Let it cook
Turn the side and let the bread be crispy - 6
Cut the prepared bread in desired shapes

Serve with ketchup and enjoy
