First of all to grind the Suji. Put suji flour in the bowl add 3 tablespoon oil, kasuri methi, ajwain and salt, mix it well and add some water to make a dough..dough should not too hard nor too soft. let the dough settle for 15-20 min.

Make small Balls of dough. Roll & Spread it on rolling board..just like a roti u make... Cut in different shape as u deemed fit. You may use shape cutter, comb, knife any thing you want.

Put Oil in Kadhai and deep fry The snacks till light brown. serve with tea or sharbat Juice.
