Stuffed Beetroot Corns sandwich in Paneer Slices

First make a filling In a pan add 1 tsp butter add finely chopped onion, shimla mirch, grated carrots,beetroot sauce it till it changes the colour

Now mix all the ingredients add corns,hara dhania mix it well add the seasoning mix it and cool the mixture for stuffing

Now cut the paneer in slices and fill the filling and cover with another paneer slice grill it from both sides (if u don't have grill pan take a non stick pan)

When it is done in a plate add the filling cut paneer in to two slices place the paneer slices on top garnish with Coriander leaves

Serve it with any sauce
