Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupquinoa
  2. 1/4 cupsplit lentil
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  5. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespoonnutritional yeast powder
  7. 1/2 tablespooncumin or less or option
  8. 1/4 cupchopped broccoli
  9. 1/4 cupchopped spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak both of the lentils and quinoa in the cup of water and let set for at least hour

  2. 2

    Add the spices and the nutritional yeast olive oil to the mixture and blend in nutribullet for a minute till you get a pancake batter like

  3. 3

    Heat oven 375 f Pour the mixture on parchment paper add the broccoli florettes and the spinach on top and cook for 20 to 25 minutes enjoy

    Enjoy 22 minute later hold its self I did not add cheese because I am on lint but you could add olives cheese meat of your choice enjoy
