Ingredients

  1. 6 slicesBread
  2. 200 gmsMushroom
  3. 1Capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1 tspPepper powder
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan, add oil. When it is hot add the mushroom and capsicum.

  2. 2

    Sauté for 2 mins and add pepper powder and salt.

  3. 3

    The stuffing is done. Very simple recipe and tasty too. Take bread slices and keep the stuffing in between.

  4. 4

    Serve along with green chutney
